Frequently asked about the booking system

Which businesses is the booking system for?
Any appointment-based business: clinics, dentists, salons, consultants, repair services, studios... Define branches, services and people, and set working hours and capacity per person. Pick your sector and the widget speaks accordingly ("Select doctor", "Select staff").
Can double-booking happen?
No. You decide how many bookings a slot can take, and the system never accepts a second booking for a full slot. Even if two visitors pick the same time at once, only one is confirmed and the other is offered another slot.
How do reminders work?
For every confirmed appointment the visitor gets automatic email reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before; both windows are configurable. From the panel you can also send a one-click WhatsApp reminder with an editable message. If an appointment is moved, the new date is communicated automatically.
Can visitors change their appointment later?
Yes. Through the private link in the confirmation email they can view, move or cancel it. You can also move it from the panel; either way, reminders re-arm for the new date.
Does it add to calendars?
Visitors receive an ICS calendar file with the confirmation email; one tap adds it to their phone calendar. You can also push bookings into your own system via REST API or webhooks.
